Terms and Conditions

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the use of the cloud-based software SlimPIM.ai between the Provider and businesses (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"). Consumer contracts are excluded.

(2) The subject matter of the contract is the time-limited provision of the SlimPIM.ai software as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) via the Internet, as well as the storage and processing of data entered by the Customer on the Provider's servers or a commissioned data center.

(3) Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms and conditions of the Customer shall not become part of the contract unless the Provider has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

(1) The contract is concluded through the Customer's registration on the slimpim.ai platform and subsequent confirmation by the Provider.

(2) The Customer warrants that all data provided during registration is complete and accurate. In case of changes, the Customer is obligated to update their data immediately.

(3) The Customer may only register once. Transfer of the account to third parties is prohibited without prior consent from the Provider.

(4) The Customer is obligated to keep their access credentials confidential and protect them from access by third parties. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the Provider must be informed immediately.

(1) The Provider makes the SlimPIM.ai software available for use via the Internet. The scope of functions depends on the selected pricing tier (Free, Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise).

(2) The annual average availability of the software is:

• Free tier: Best-effort, no SLA guarantee
• Starter tier: Best-effort, no SLA guarantee
• Professional tier: 99.5% (measured monthly)
• Business tier: 99.9% (measured monthly)
• Enterprise tier: 99.95% (measured monthly)

(3) Excluded from the availability guarantee are scheduled maintenance (announced at least 48 hours in advance), force majeure, and impairments caused by third parties (e.g., DDoS attacks).

(4) The Provider reserves the right to further develop and improve the software. Significant changes will be communicated to the Customer in a timely manner.

(5) Access to the software is via standard web browsers. Special technical requirements are documented on the website.

(1) The software is offered in various tiers with different service limits:

• Free: 50 products, 1 user, 500 MB storage, basic features
• Starter: 500 products, 3 users, 5 GB storage, CSV import, advanced filters
• Professional: 2,000 products, 10 users, 25 GB storage, API, bulk operations, variants, 24h email support
• Business: 10,000 products, unlimited users, 100 GB storage, white-labeling, webhooks, 12h priority support
• Enterprise: Unlimited products, users, and storage, AI search, SSO, dedicated support, 4h SLA

(2) The Customer may upgrade their tier at any time. A downgrade is possible at the end of the current billing period.

(3) If tier limits are exceeded, the Provider reserves the right to restrict access or request the Customer to upgrade.

(1) Fees are based on the current price list at slimpim.ai. The Free tier is free of charge.

(2) Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance. A discount is granted for annual payment.

(3) Payment is made by credit card, SEPA direct debit, or other payment methods accepted by the Provider through the payment service provider Stripe.

The complete terms and conditions including contract duration, termination, customer obligations, data protection, liability, warranty, confidentiality, and final provisions are available in the German version which is legally binding.
